Power cut from 3 days and no one turned up to fix till now

This is with great regret I am informing that from past 3 days there is no power in my house and yet no one came to fix from MESCOM. We are tired of calling and complaining to Customer care, KEB board & the Assistant Engineer yet no one responded and we are living in darkness from 3 days. I kindly request the concern team to look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.
