It's a regular practice there is no light at all most of the time, specially in the night for more than 3-5 hrs. We pay our electricity bill on time and expect a better service. It's not the first time too. Whenever there is slight rain, we are left with no electricity in our area. It's shameful. I've registered complaints too but the Junior Engineer doesn't pick up the call. It seem like it's stolen and given for industrial use.
