No Electricity providing in uttarbai tol and asking 40000rs against it

I am sunil roy from uttarbai tol, Naruar village, Jhanjharpur Electricity Block, District Madhubani . I am requesting in favor of all my village people as they are not so literate so all they can make complain. Our village people has been doing a lots of complain regarding new connection as it needs few pole on main road from where lots of our houses can get electricity but no one hearing our voice. They are asking to give 40, 000rs to provide electricity.

Recently our auntie got killed due to snake bite in home in night due to darkness she kept leg on snake. Hope you understand the problem what all we face without electricity.

I request to you to please do inquiry and provide electricity else we have to go to senior level of minister or news channel to fight for electricity.
