No action on Emergency Complaints

I am a senior citizen of 68. I usually go to Delhi from Vaishali Metro and park my two wheeler at Vaishali Station parking on main road.

Yesterday, after parking I was going to Station entry at 12 30 P. M. . While passing through Parking to Station side, there is a electricity transformer just abovy between the parking and entry wall. When I was passing below that transformer, there was a loud sound of some sparking in that. I immediately brought into the knowledge of the guard on just entering accross the parking and went to Metro Station.

On my return after three hours, I found the same problem continued. I asked the guard on duty as what happened to the problem. He informed me that a complaint has been made with concerned power house but they had refused to come before 5 PM. Then after taking no. from them, I made a call on 9193320675 and told about emergency which might take some bad incidents including fire or other casualty. But the person on duty also refused to take any action and also misbehaved with me. Then I returned to home.

I would like to know why such type of irresponsible staff has been deputed on public duty by the department?

I would request the concerned authorities to take a serious note and take disciplinary action against such staff.
