Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a consumer of NBPDCL Consumer ID-400565068. Electricity meter of my house is defected and I had applied for its replacement in april-2018 but till now meter has not been replaced. Durig this period I have been paying bill as provided online. Now I got a bill of 26000 and still meter hasn't been replaced. So on which basis and how bill calculation has been done and why meter hasn't been replaced yet. KIndly provide proper solution and escalate the matter to the concerned.
