My Electricity bill is more than 3 times than my average electricity bill per month

EXCESSIVE BILLING BY BESCOM

Dear Sir,
My average bill per month is approximately Rs.1000 per month. However for month of October 2020, I have received bill of Rs Rs3234.00 and this is more than 3 times higher than my average bill.

We are staying in this apartment for the last 5.5 years, but I have never faced such issue till date.

I would request you to please resolve this concern and do the needful at the earliest.
