ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ cesc ಯು ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣ ಉಪವಿಭಾಗ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮೀಟರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರತೀ ಮೀಟರ್ಗೂ ತಲಾ 100 ರೂಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಇದೊಂದು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಸ್ಕೀಂ ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಣ ನೀಡುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ. ಪ್ರತೀ ಮೀಟರ್ಗೂ 100 ರೂಗಳಾದರೆ 10,000 ಮೀಟರ್ಗಳಿಗೆ 10,000,00 ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯಾಯಿತು ಈ ಹಣವು ಸರಕಾದ ಠೇವಣಿಗೆ ಸೇರುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ಮದ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಜೇಬು ಸೇರುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೊಂದಲವಾಗಿದೆ
