Light bill amount calculation and meter reading incorrect

My light bill generated too high in month of apr-may 2022 bill cycle after Foulty meter was changed by mgvcl. Mgvcl calculated my bill amount as per average per day and this meter reading and calculation taken for 99 days. Last 3 years on and average per day unit calculation was 14-15 units but mgvcl calculated this 23 units per day which was higher as compare to average daily consumption. Mgvcl did not inform costumer to change meter Or even not give clarification about my appeal.
