Its been 5 days without proper electricity

Its not only for me ….iIts for complete manas kunj, uttam nagar area .. We are fed up now .It has been 5days without electricity day and night . In mid we got power for some hours and again the transformer catches fire or shots. How is it being connected that it shots within an hour only and then they take hours to again connect back …From last 5 days we are just without the power. Workers come , change and connect the wires but we are unable to understand whether wires are not being connected properly or the transformer is not appropriate … whatever the issue is after 1-2 hours of power supply, the transformer catches fire … We people are under threat now . There is no proper management being done . We are always under threat of being our houses under fire . What is the the representative of this area doing … Please look over this matter on serious note otherwise we the people here will take strict actions now.
