A few months back, our meter went off due to high or low voltage in the transformer, for this, we had given a written application to install a new meter, but there was no hearing in the electricity department. Last month a new meter has been installed by them which the rating of our house has come to the bill of 32000rs there is no such equipment in my house consume so much electricity we are not able to become such a huge amount
please solve my problem
