Hanging overhead cable & Connection to house disconnected at pole.

During replacement of overhead wire by cable, the position of cable on main road near Airtel tower at Kasrour was dangerous and complain made to agency and local lineman, who was supervising the work also information given to local JE but rectification not initiated. Which resulted the cable is hanging at a height of 6' at centre of main road from night of day after tomorrow. The hanging position causes disconnection of my house connection. Local lineman refused to attend and no response from JE.
