Sir,
With reference of subject we are facing acute power crisis from dated 12/08/2019 evening at Laheriasarai, Darbhanga, Bihar. This power trip occurs due to wind and rain. Now a days in Darbhanga it is common practice that after a little shower. We are facing power interruption for 10 to 24 hours. During this period local complain no.7763815405, 7763815406 put on hold. For this consumer is facing uphill task to lodge complain. From yesterday i tried several times but no body has picked the line. Almost 15 hour is passed but power has not come in my area.
Please look upon my matter and try to resolve this.
