This complaint is related to Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam. I had raised a complain of no power supply around 2 months back by calling to local office. Electrician came to check and inform me that Meter is faulty and same needs to be replaced. He raised a complain with concern team to heck and replace the meter.
It has been more that two months however no one from electricity board came to change the meter. I have already raised multiple complain against complain no. DH451266010210728, DH229715044210805 but everytime they are just closing the request without taking any action.
I tries to call SDO Palam Vihar but he is never pick up the phone. Every 10 days one person came foe visit and told me that I am raising the complain and meter will be replaced within 10-15 days.
