My name is Anil Kumar. I am consumer of pvvnl(UPPCL). My electricity account is 0688175000. Name gita rani my ex owner. I purchased my house ( E-30, ganga vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad) In 22nd may 2014. I cleared all my electricity bill and I have no idea how to close my electricity account. So i didn't close account. I shifted my house 01-04-2017. Approx 3 years, no body lives in this period and neither meter installed nor electricity uses in this period. Department said your account is active and you have to pay average bill approx 50000/-. I didn't use electricity then why I will pay this amount. I requested all concern officer like SDO LAL BAGH mr. Gopal, JE ANKUR VIHAR mr kushwaha. EE INDIRA PURI Gopal Singh. No body help me. All officer said you have to pay all amount either I will disconnect your electricity. I am unable to pay this amount. Please help me.

    My latest bill of March 2022 has been showing a consumption of 521 unit which shows a amount of around Rs.8423 to be deposited but as per information on Google the rate of electricity is Rs. 7 in urban areas for <500 units, as per that the bill should cost around 3647 rupees.
    This is my kind concern that it should be resolved as soon as possible.
