Dear Sir,
We have received electricity bill for the month of March 2019 is almost double then normal bill, when you asked to local electricity dealer officer they said to me that it's directly done by Higher Authority, so i would like to know that in which based electricity board levied double charges.without any prior intimation.

kindly look into it & hope slove this issue as soon as possible.
