I received provincial electricity bills for the months of June and July, 2021. The amount is excess in both the bills. I have shared my meter readings with BSES through Whatsapp, but the same was not reflected in both the bills. Kindly take some steps in rectifying this issue or provide another source to update the meter readings in the bills.
