Sir I m arpana tiwari. On 25 march 2019 , nbpdcl Je bed prakash ojha, je pradeep kr, itm arvind kr chaudhary came to my home for checking of meter which was already defective or dead they charge fir on my husband where connection of electricty
is not lies on his name, they demanded bribe to me 120000/ for settlement but i denied then fir on my husband. I have written complain in nbpdcl bettiah but full system is corrupt.
