Complaint against MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur regarding high amount of electricity bills

Please note that we had paying high amount of electricity bills as per the meter reading but the meter reading increases from the end of MPPKVVCL, Jabalpur every day late night and the same is happening before the year 2016.
Single family member consumption is also same as compared to consumption of more family members .
We had complained this issue before as well with the staff members as well as visited their office, but till date the matter had not been resolved .
Before Sep 20,2020 the meter reading was more than 11 units but after sending a complaint mail to the customer care and top management, the meter reading was set at 5
units. Now every day morning when we are checking the meter reading, the consumption is either 5 units or 4 units .
After Sep 20,2020, two times the staff had visited our residence but no action had been taken at their end and also not accepting their mistake . Electricity bill IVRS No. is 1847008524.
Kindly consider the above mentioned request and resolve the issue .
