Complaint against electric department

Hi Team

I would like to draw your attention towards the negligence of the electric department in our area. Even after so many complaints nobody bothers to come and see what the actual issue and all. For the past one month we are experiencing issue in electricity and the behaviour of the department people (mainly the person with name: Balakram) is too bad. I would like to request someone to take action against the department and resolve the issue on priority.
