Dear sir/mam
I would like to bring it to your kind notice the monopoly of the concerned staff of NBPDCL laheriasarsi regarding wrong billing as explained .
The meter reading details are as
13 oct 2018 1992 units
15 nov 2018 2119 units
16 dec 2018 2211 units
17 jan 2019 2211 units
17 feb 2019 2374 units
13 mar 2019 2442 units
16 apri 2019 2967 units
On complaining the department regarding wrong billing in the month of April for 525 units several times
Firstly they didn't agree for the same
Latter they excused there was an error in third digit of the display (underlined above) and that was from month of October so they changed all previous readings on paper and adjusted the bill in such a way that I have to pay nearly 2500 instead of 3300 charged before.
But it was not acceptable to me because they were charging wrong.
I further complained and this time to clear the proof they simply changed the meter without settling down the complain at the time of meter removal I took the picture of meter reading which is attached here which clearly indicates that the reading of 16th April 2019 as 2967 was totally wrong rather it should be 2567 as the reading on 2nd may was 2663.



if it has been 2967 in April it should be something above 3000 but our respected concerned officers are unable to listen to these.
I am also attaching a video of meter of date 23rd April 19:32 evening which also indicated the reading as 2603.
I would like to request you to do the needful so that the wrongly billed may be corrected and a consumer harassment may be avoided.
