Cheating- NBPDL /Wrong electricity bill- no Proper action even after complaint

My customer id is "401303938"
Usually my bill was below 500 every month but suddenly in June(may bill) i received of >3200/- then i made a complaint in darbhanga office but no proper solution. Every month some NBPDL person was coming to take meter reading and based on that bill i was paying the bill on time. but this time they are telling your meter was not working for last so many month (but they were coming every month and taking the meter reading and i was paying bills ).
Now after complaint in their office they reduced some amount and now the remaining amount is RS- 2828/- that is also too high. it shoud not be more than 500-700 in worst case based on my use case.
So Please take legal action against this fraud company policy.
