Dear All
We are a DHBVNL Consumer A/C No- 3768330000. My father who is 68 year old is running from one office to another since last one year. Last year DHBVNL use to give us Average budget and suddenly after that generation of bill stopped and reason given to us was that we have already overpaid the amount due to average bill.
Since than he used to visit every week to SDO office faridabad and there was no one to reply or suggest anything.
We filed several application and complaint offline as well as online, but of no avail.
Finally we have got a bill of 80000/- @ 7.5/Unit rate.
So my question.1. What the hell this system was doing all the time with so much cost and heavy resource we place in any Govt dept. 2. Why Average bill is being given to customer where he is actually paying more because of his no fault at higher unit rate.3. Why a consumer should suffer because of apathy of an government employee.4. There is no responsibility and liability of people in the system.5. Office used to start at 9:00 am, but people will not start working before 9:30 am, and in that most of the time they are busy in gossiping and doing their person calls and chats.
I am depositing the amount and will redress to consumer forum if the matter is not resolved amicably on immediate basis.
I hope some good sense will prevail and issue will be resolved.
