Maine bihar student credit card ke dwara loan liya hu,
Jiska bhugtan mai last 3 month se government ko kr raha hu lekin january month se problem ho rahi h wo site mnssby ka nhi khul raha h,

Jiske pusti ke liye maine tollfree no pr call laga jaha koi response nhi mila jabki drcc madhepura jinka contact no 9955424051 shailes kumar panday h inke fone ka response dene ka tarika itna achha laga ki mai kisi gawar se baat kr raha hu ya fir inhone chilam pi rakhi ho ya to fir aaj se 40 year pahle ki sarkar ke sath ye kaam kr rahe ho ,

Ye to mujhe upay batane ke bajay baat krne ka tarika hi sikhane lage,. Uske baad bhi fone cut kr de rahe h or abhi tk jawab nhi diye,
