Institute Closed in Initial Phase of our Course without Intimation

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are 4 members in a batch who join the digital marketing course in this Digiperform institute, These guys are taken the discussed fees (with the individual persons in different amount) of the full course. The 2 faculties are there one is Mr. Neeraj Chaudhary and the 2nd one is Mr. Yash Gaur.

Yash gaur is also a student of this institute. we take demo class from Neeraj and agree to do this course but we are not able to take the sessions in evening hours so we request to give us the classes in morning 8 AM to 10 AM. After this request, He says that I have more batches in the evening so you can take your class from Yash Gaur on that time we won't know that Yash is also the student in the same institute earlier.

We just take 5-7 modules out of 33 modules in the LMS of the institute which is the basics in my opinion, and now these guys have closed the institute without intimation So you say sir can this is not the punishable or chargeable thing.

Now we all 4 members named Piyush, Rahul, Yogesh and Pawan wants to our full fees back from the owner of the institute. Please find the contact details of the owner and the faculty Neeraj Chaudhary.
