Denied refund, I took byju's subsription for my daughter for 8th std. To 12th std.

Hi. I took byju's subsription for my daughter for 8th std. To 12th std. Their counsellor said that it will take back when you are not satisfied. And they will call for the same. This subsription was for 11th 12th science subject but my daughter is not sure that she take science or what. So I said byju's to take back 11th 12th subsription back and revise my emi like that but they denied to do so. And saying that you will be treat for finacial dispute. Now how can I find my way? Would you going to help me regarding this matter?
