after taking money not picking up the call

Yesterday I have paid 4000 rs + 540 rs GST to them and my account has not been activated yet. I am calling them since morning they are not picking up my at morning one of their representative he said me that my documents have gone for verification and will call me in an hour but no one has picked up my call. I just want my money back please help me.
