Reliance service not working since February and march - Reliance Big Tv

I am raju Sagar having reliance dish TV. The same is not working since February to march 2018. I have just recharge in January for 1 year of subscription of 1500 RS. My all details are attached. Since march I m trying to contact reliance big TV customer care, send query n also file complaint in of portral but the service is not yet resume nor they are contacting me about resume the service. I have my single father at home and for him one single entertainment options is TV. I wanted to switch the service but reliance refuse for refund. Even two times my complaints closed in Pg portal saying that service is resume and for any assistance contact us at mail id or customer care number. But customer service unreachable n on mail they are not answering.
I have also raised consumer request on its application but no reply even contact local services no that was mentioned but they said that we are no more with reliance.
So kindly do the needful to refund with haressment panelty or resume service with more than one year extension.
