D2h not working since 15days, not activated my plan according TRAI

With reference to my customer ID 7942 8228 and so many times I contact Videocon D2H customer care but they are very irresposible, not activated my plan according TRAI and also deducted the balance. from 28 January I regularly contacted the customer care but they are telling 5 minute 5 minute 5 minute only..
So many many times when I contacted customer care they hold me for at least 30 minutes and after that disconnected the call.
You are requested to order to D2H 24 good service
