I have order food from Zomato I have get damage delivery bag and food item missing from it .after calling customer care tey denied for refund or replace

    I had ordered chicken sandwiches from a restaurant called Teaday and the the restaurant mashed chicken nuggets in the sandwich instead of providing shredded chicken (though the product description stated shredded chicken). On raising a complaint with Zomato, no customer service representative was available to speak. I had to drop a mail with pictures and in spite of that they told me that they cannot provide any compensation. Hadn’t seen such unfair resolution from Zomato previously. Such unprofessionalism!!!!
