We have ordered Mobile phone in Diwali sale in Flipkart, on 4 Nov 2020 by credit card ,e kart courier service did not call us on 8 Nov 2020,and did not reach our address also, and the courier service boy had cancelled the order after that we went to ekart office in bevanapalli, muthukumar, employee had spoken rudely with negligence and blaming me only, and I lost my money, please do take action or we should go legally, thank you
