TV and Refrigerator not even shipped even after 21 days of ordering

I have booked a MI tv and samsung refrigerator from flipkart on 29th sep and 2nd oct respectively. But its 23rd oct and none of my product is shipped till now. Very pathetic condition.whenever I call to them they ask for more time again and again
