I bought Huawei Mediapad M5 Lite tab on October 18, 2020 at Flipkart Big Billion Day with an online payment of Rs 14,999. Yesterday morning on Oct 28 2020 It came to the courier office in Perambra almost 20 KM away from the destination. I received a message that the order had been canceled and the refund would be received before Nov 5. The order was canceled without my knowledge without even making a phone call. As soon as I called Flipkart customer care and told them things, they said that the order was canceled by the seller. When asked the reason for the cancellation, the answer was no delivery to your location. I had delivery to my location at the time of ordering and if they had come to my nearest courier office and told me there was no delivery to my location I would have gone there and bought but they returned my product without informing me. Now the price of that product shown on Flipkart is 20999 rupees. Although I received my refund, I humbly request that this product be made available to me for the same amount I purchased and that legal action be taken against this fraud.
