not delivery of gas cylinder

I have a gas connection from Bharat Gas and my gas agency is Ashwini Enterprises Main Wazirabad Road Delhi. I had booked for a gas cylinder vide booking umber 187524 on 16.02.2020. on 18.02.2020 bill was prepared. on 19.02.2020 i received massage that the cylinder has been delivered to me, but till today i.e. on 26.02.2020 cylinder has not been delivered to me. today my cylinder got finished and i have no cylinder for cooking food. when i tried to contact my gas agency all phones are not reachable. when i contacted delivery boy namely Vijay Pal regarding the non delivery of cylinder till today, he had no reply and refused to deliver cylinder today also. the said Vijay pal is doing same thing every time, whenever i complaint against him, no action has been taken and that is why he is repeatedly doing same thing again and again.
i am suffering a lot because of not delivery of cylinder to me even today. now i ave to buy cylinder from black market on high price.
therefore i am lodging complaint against Mr Vijay Pal and also against Ashwini enterprises. please take action against Vijay Pal failing which i shall be constrained to file consumer complaint before the consumer court at your cost and risk. kindly treat this complaint as legal notice.
