I had a order of with a exchange . When the delivery agent he refused to exchange because there were some scratch on my old phone, I asked him if I could pay the exchanged money and take the order . He agreed but he didn't know the process and cancelled it . I ordered it on sale .. now i can not buy that phone with same amount .
