Hi, I placed an online order for an IKEA product on 14.09.2020 and the delivery of the product was supposed to be on 11.10.2020.
However, the product has still not been delivered and I have followed up with the IKEA customer care 5-6 times in the past 10 days regarding the reason for delay and the expected time of delivery of the product.
Every time the customer service is called they have no update and keep saying that someone will call back and share an update on the expected delivery schedule. Till date no one has called back and reverted with any details regarding the order. The IKEA order number is 170538866.
The product is home furniture and this delay and ZERO communication from IKEA and their representatives so far have created a lot of inconvenience and hassle.
I would like to take this matter up seriously against the company and look at approaching consumer in case this is not resolved at the earliest.
