Delivery of Watch not made yet claims made by Amazon for successful delivery.

Dear Consumer Rights Team,
I had ordered for a watch Casio Edifice Analog-Digital Blue Dial Men's Watch - ERA-600L-2AVUDF (EX355) worth Rs. 11515. The order number is ORDER # 408-5204653-7897118. The delivery was never made but the company claims that the watch ws delivered intact on the 9th of July (I was on leave on this day). On pursuing with Amazon they sent the person who made the delivery along with his manager. I was able to prove to them that no phone call was made to me during the time that the delivery person said he made the call (the person also calimed to deliver the watch to me personally) and the manager seemed convinced. I was told that a replacement or refund will be done in 5 working days.
But today I got an email that the refund/replacement cant be done as the delivery was made on the 9th. I would like to pursue legal action against Amazon for this conduct and the stress that has caused to me.
Please help me to know how this can be pursued further.
