I am facing hell lots of issues regarding the HP Gas delivery from this Vijetha Enterprises Agency. I had booked gas around a week back and till now its not yet delivered and when I connected to them, one lady picked the call and responding like a stupid. She didnt even now how to talk with customers. This is not the first time and hope if you are having a log system, please go through that as we had raised couple of times the same issue regarding the delay in delivery of the cylinder. Everytime they are telling some junk cock & bull stories. Its happening continuously. The lady who picked the call bluntly saying that its marriage season and the delivery boy went to marriage and we have to wait. Cant they able to enroute different delivery guy in his absence. Vijetha Enterprises executive responses his showing their attitude and stupidity at peaks.
