Delay delivery

Delivery Complaint Complaint Date: March 6, 2023
I booked parcel on Friday and I expect courier will reach on Saturday but yet to receive parcel still(Monday)..other courier service they delivered goods the very next day on the courier booked date.

Actually today morning (monday)I called french express office they give to me delivery partner contact details.. i called him and asked when I receive the courier he said today evening (monday)

But still I didn't get parcel
