Sir/ Madam,
I, Dr. Gaurav Mate had ordered a product from Hewlett Packard company on the 8th of June 2020. The same was shipped by them on the 9th of June 2020 through Ecom Express Private Limited. According to the tracking id provided by Ecom Express my product had reached my city on the 11th of June 2020. The expected delivery date was 12th June 2020 according to them. I did not receive the product on that day and waited for few more days. Then on the 16th I called their customer care who told me that they would deliver my product within 24 hours. But this did not happen. I then called them again on the 17th of June 2020 and was given the same answer. Inspite of product having reached my city its been 6 days and still not delivered to me. Even their customer care seems to have no idea why it is happening. My work has been held up due to the same and is causing me a lot of stress. I suspect that they have lost my parcel. Either they should deliver it today itself or pay me the amount. My tracking number is 2603958528
