Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a microwaven (BAJAJ2016-MTBX 20 LTR GRILL MWO)on Tuesday 29th October but today is 3rd November,we didi not get our delivery of microwaven.we expected the microwaven delivery on 31 st Octoberand on 31st October when i called them if they are coming or not,a lady picked up the phone and very rudely told they have a problem with delivery car and said,"come and see how much we are facing problem "
The agent who displayed the product to us either don't know about the product else he don't want to tell about the product,he always keep checking his mobile phone (Nibir Mondal the agent and his phone number is 8777646920)and told us that i will know about the product after the delivery of the microwaven.sir/madam please you look into this matter and i pray justice from you,please take any step
