I purchased a mobile model hyve pryme from the website shopsurya.Com.
The manufacturer says they give 2 years warranty.
Within 20 days of purchase the mobile stopped charging and finally battery drained out and now the phone is dead.
I tried to contact the manufacturer through its website and over phone but no contact could be established. So I sent them a mail but there is no response from manufacturer.
