AmTrust Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd Is Not returning my Mobile taken for repairs

I had registered complain with AmTrust regarding my mobile which was damaged and under insurance the claim was submitted to AmTrust. Claim# 355241080088645.
After registering the complain, my mobile was picked up for repairs on 15th April 2018 by courier ECON Enterprises and sent to Omkar Electronics, Vashi for repairs. On 20th April, I received SMS that the mobile was repaired and has been dispatched. AmTrust Support sent me email on 23rd April stating that the mobile has been dispatched and will be delivered by 21st April by 6pm.
Till today, 24th April, I have not received my handset and the AmTrust does not know the courier details, docket number and dispatch details are not updated in the system. I believe AmTrust does not have any mechanism to track the item and they have lost/stole my mobile phone. I have still not received the mobile and AmTrust is not providing any response to my email.
