i have purchase a car music system from flipcart.com on september. there will be an issue with the product. that why I have to repair it. i contact the sony custmer care for nearby service centre. but they tell me that they will not provide online support for the flipcart product.
thanI i'll contact flipcart custmer care that sony company will refuse to repair my product within warrenty. they will ask me to take the refund but not help me. i dont have brand box. than they will tell me that we cant refund you without brand box. than i'll ask him that i just want to repair my product not to refund it. they will not hell me.
