I have subscribed for digital newspaper thehindu on may 16 2023 for rs.1999.The subscription was confirmed and a link was provided to access the paper.I sent an email that the subscription includes the additional facility of accessing the articles an ad said that discount is available till 18 May 2023.I was assured by the customer care team that the up-gradation will be done by 20 May but instead I was shocked to receive a mail on 19 May that my subscription itself is cancelled and I was deprived of the epaper also.My email account has been blocked when I tried to register my complaint.The toll free number is not accessible.I have no means to register my grievance to the Hindu.Therefore I am using this platform to convey my predicament.
