regarding Miss Bhevae & too much delay in Service

A complain was registered for my panasonic AC vide no. R220821361141 ON Dated 22/08/2021 to panasonic customer care they are continously delaying in service my family memberes got suffered too much, its being more then 11 days but still my part not replaced or repaired till date, they always telling they are arranging the part from gurugram, is it pertinent to mention that i don't think the delivey of product from gurugram to fatehpur take more then 12 days i strongly agrred that it will not take more then 3 days to deliver any product from gurugram to fatehpur.

as per the aforesaid mentined details, kindly look into matter & try to resolved the same as soon as possible on top priority.
