Vijay sales warranty partner onsitego messed up my LGwater purifier in the very first service of the extended warranty. I complained to them and got the purifier repaired through LG the OEM at their cost.

I choose not to continue with Onsitego for further services and either need my money charged for 2 yrs of Extended warranty reversed or warranty should be serviced by LG and I will pay the differential if any.

Vijay sales has denied to pay and now not responding to Mails or Tweets.
