I had placed an order on 18 january 2020, product delivered to me but product quality bad and colour was different,so I was raise return request for refund, I also ordered another product and but when product would be diliver I was raise return request before product delivered, the delivery boy came and picked product which was delivered to me but he gave receipt of that product which was not delivered and picked product which was delivered to me,
After this situation I called to customer care for refund and customer care told me that your product was not picked,
That is the problem, I m still waiting for my refund,
I m very unhappy with club factory service and courier service
