I m using gtpl broadband (hathway ltd) service and service is not working from last 8days and i m calling everyday to short out my problem but they are just dont care and they r not even transfer the call to authorise person. I m asking to solve my problem or refund me but they are doing nothing so finally i came here to help me. Please understand my problem

Haven't been a month using their services, they are showing tantrums.
My account has been closed but i paid for an year. They are not either giving me refund not solving my issue.
Please Help if anyone can else I'm going to file a case against them who is with me?
