False Promises and No Refunds

Dear Sirs,
First of all I am very much thankful to you for starting online Grievance Redressal System. I want to register complaint against www.abhibus.com for false promises and no refund system. Below I mention the case serially.
I wanted to book ticket for me and my brother from Kudal to Pune. The journey date was 21. March 2016. So, I tried to book tickets in the evening of 20. March 2016. After going through online ticket booking process of www.abhibus.com and while transferring the ticket amount, I got a message in front of my screen "something went wrong and ticket could not be booked". Immediately on my mobile I got a message from my bank that the transaction is successful for the amount INR 1037.80/-
www.abhibus.com offers some discounts and offers. I am regular user of this online system. And due to this I had INR 335/- in my abhibus account after payback. This virtual money is called as Abhicash and used for further abhibus ticket bookings. In this transaction this abhicash amount was deducted from actual ticket cost (1037.80 + 335 = 1372.80 was the actual ticket cost)
Then I got a call from abhibus. Mr Raj was taking care of the issue. He told me that due to some technical issue this problem occurred and then he asked me to transfer the difference amount which is the abhicash amount INR 335/- to get the confirmed ticket. I told him that I want to use the virtual money itself and not to transfer again INR 335/- from my debit card. What I understood from his conversation that I would get a confirmed ticket if I transfer this amount through the link or gateway he sent to me.
I didn't transfer this difference amount and also, I didn't get any reply on mail or any confirmed ticket from www.abhibus.com on mail. I assumed that Mr Raj didn't confirmed the ticket because I didn't transfer the difference amount and I don't have any reply from www.abhibus.com. Also, I found that I have received the same abhicash amount refunded in my abhibus account which was INR 335/- SO, I CONFIRMED THAT MY TICKET IS NOT YET CREATED.
Next day, again I tried to book the ticket for me and my brother. But again same thing happened. So, I called up www.abhibus.com to clear the issue. That time Ms Shraddha, the representative of www.abhibus.com was on other line. She told me that my both tickets (today and yesterday) are confirmed.
This was something abnormal for me. Without any mail communication/reply these guys confirmed my ticket. I had no message or mail regarding to that. This time the amount was INR 1775.88. and total amount was 1775.88 + 335 = INR 2110.
In the afternoon on 21. Mar 2016 I had brief talk with Mr Raj, and his manager. The manager told me that one ticket (one transaction) would be cancelled if I transfer abhicash difference amount amount from my debit card.As I wanted only one confirmed ticket for me and my brother, happily I transferred INR 335/- Also, the manager said that I would be getting call from back-office department for refund. ("I would be getting a call from back office department" was every time told to me by these guys... I called them more than four times for follow up.)
On the same day at 9.45PM both buses were there. Till that time I didn't any call from www.abhibus.com nor their back office dept.
I called www.abhibus.com. Mr Raj was there. He told me to board the bus which was having higher cost ... the second one... 2110/- and not to board the low cost one. So, I did it. Also, he told me that I would be getting refunds within 48 hours and not to call again and again.
Today 48 hours will be over.
I called www.abhibus.com today also. Mr Raj was there. And he asked one more day.
I don't think www.abhibus.com wants to give my refunds. The story which I narrated above is available in recording formats too. I believe that Consumer Forum will resolve my problem. www.abhibus.com is having my 1372+335++ amount with them.
Mr Raj told me that they want to hear those recordings. If that satisfies, then I would be getting refunds. In USA, EU countries there is a system to sue these kind of people and online systems. I know that our consumer forum will bring the same thing in front all of us.
Total 1800 Rs + Mobile bills and time which I wasted on calling these guys is the refund I want.
