defective LED Bulbs from Amazon site replace and exchange issue

I order pack of 10 LED Bulbes of lister co. of Rs.335 dated 8 april 2016.Same deliver to me on near arround 17 april 2016 vide order no ATQATQDA01.After tear off the packing i found that most of bulbes are damage and not in useable condition.So I call amaron customer care plus supplier Mr. Rahul Gupta regarding the same.They both provide me the explanation that my email id is incorrect so i cann't able to make a return request on their side.I agree with the same. But my point is that email id is not more important as i am the real orderer of the package having correct detail like address, name and mobile no as the same contents are agreed by amazon customer care.They refusing to retrun or replace the package just due to incorrect email id.So I request to u please look into the matter and provide neccessary direction to company to replace the package or provide us refund of Rs. 335 as soon as possible.
